I was so saddened to hear of Laura’s passing. She was intelligent and kind and loved her family. We had wonderful times together and I will miss her. Deepest sympathy to Don, Brian, and Eric.

I met Laura while working as an assistant in the Labor Relations Department. I will always remember her as a bright individual, full of knowledge and superb writing skills. She was a professional and I will remember her as such.

My husband, Rick Avery, and I worked with Laura as Labor Relations Specialists for the USPS. As a Labor Rep, Laura displayed knowledge, an unselfish willingness to assist others, an extraordinary work ethic; and more significant, Rick and I considered her a friend. In short, we greatly valued our personal relationship with Laura as well as our working relationship.
Laura left us far too soon.

I just heard and I am so sorry and shocked. Please accept my family's deepest condolences and prayers. May God bring you all peace and strength at this time.

Laura was my supervisor in 1993, at the Post Office, on the FSM and she was always firm, but fair.

Laura, you were always a beautiful person both inside and out. Intelligent and personable, I enjoyed our conversations and our camaraderie. I haven’t seen you in years but I am sad that you left our world so soon. Share your smiles now with those above. Rest In peace.
